Oppo is quietly bringing all of its old and new devices under the Color OS 7 support. They are deliberately rolling out the Android 10 based Color OS 7 update to all the flagship and mid-range smartphones. The Chinese firm is also improving the security by frequently rolling out respective security patches. However, Oppo F11 and Oppo F11 Pro are receiving the February 2020 security patch.
The update is available only for units running the ColorOS 6, meanwhile, ColorOS 7 Beta users will not receive this update. The February 2020 security patch is rolling out with firmware version CPH1969EX_11_A.42.
There are some general bug fixes to improve system performance and stability.
However, we have to wait for some more time for the stable ColorOS 7 Beta. The company is currently testing the new update with a few beta testers.
