Oppo quietly launches Reno 3 Vitality Edition

Oppo unveiled the Reno 3 series of smartphones in December 2019, which includes Reno 3 Pro and standard Reno 3. Now, the company quietly launches another model under the same series named Reno 3 Vitality Edition. This phone is nothing but the standard Reno 3 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 SoC, 48 MP primary camera, and different paint job instead of MediaTek Dimensity 100L SoC and 64 MP primary sensor.

Oppo Reno 3 Vitality Edition Specifications

On the front, the device comes fitted with a 6.4-inches FHD+ flat AMOLED display with a dew-drop notch housing a 32MP selfie camera. The display also features an in-screen fingerprint sensor like any mid-range smartphone these days.

It comes in only one storage configuration of 8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. On the back, the phone sports a quad-camera setup consisting of a 48 MP primary sensor instead of 64 MP on the standard Reno 3, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle unit, a 2MP Black & White sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.

As for software, the device runs ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 and is backed by a reasonable 4,025 mAh batter for a 5G phone with support for 30W VOOC fast charging technology via USB Type-C.
