Oppo R6051 has been spotted with the chipset from the Qualcomm. We have got to know that Qualcomm is coming in with a new Mid level chipset, Snapdragon 660. The higher Snapdragon 835 is for the high end devices and this is to cater the mid level devices.
The benchmarks show that Oppo R6051 is powered by Snapdragon 660, there’s a 5.5-inch 1080P display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat is on board with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. There’s a front camera of 16MP and rear with 20 MP sensor.
Talking about the Snapdragon 660, then it packs the Adreno 510 GPU with 8 core design. It is an octa-core CPU model numbered SD660 clocked at 2.2GHz. There’s a performance improvement of upto 40% in comparison with Snapdragon 653.
It is compatible with dual channel LPDDR4X memory, UFS 2.1 storage, X10 LTE baseband.
