Its rumored that Polaroid is coming with IM1836 Interchangeable Lens Android Camera. At the beginning of this year same company announced the world’s first Android powered “smart camera”. Its also said that Polaroid has teamed up with Sakar International for the “world’s first compact interchangeable lens Android camera.”

PhotoRumors also said that Polaroid IM1836 features a 18.1MP sensor, pop-up flash, a 3.5-inch touchscreen and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The camera is said to offer Wifi and HDMI connection options, but there’s no mention of any cellular data option, or internal hardware like CPU or RAM.

The camera being rumored here for Polaroid has had a rendering leak via a Polaroid Russia fanpage that also shows a couple of physical buttons on the back, physical holds for a neck strap on both sides of the camera, and the interchangeable lens release button up front.

Currently there’s nothing officially said but we hope that it may debut in CES 2013. What you think about it guys.
