A few days back, Huawei launched the new smartphone that is Huawei Y3 (2017). It is available in Gold, Pink, Blue, White, and Grey colour variants. The phone has priced at $155.53 (Rs. 6,999 approx).
Display and Design
The Huawei Y3 (2017) comes with 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has a display resolution of 480 x 854 pixels with a pixel density of 196 ppi. It measures 145.1 x 73.7 x 9.5 mm (5.71 x 2.90 x 0.37 in) with a weight of 175 g (6.17 oz).
Hardware and Software
The Huawei Y3 (2017) runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) based on EMUI 4.1 Mini. It has two variants which are powered by:
- Mediatek MT6737М and Quad-core 1.1 GHz Cortex-A53 processor with Mali-T720MP2 GPU, and
- Mediatek MT6580M and Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor with Mali-400MP2.
Both the variants has 1GB of RAM. It packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 128 GB via Microsd card.
Battery and Camera
As in camera section, it packs 8 MP primary camera and 2 MP secondary camera for selfies and video chats. The primary camera is capable of 720p@30fps video recording. It includes Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, autofocus, LED flash. The Huawei Y3 (2017) consists of Li-Ion 2200 mAh capacity with the Removable battery.
