Yesterday, Motorola announced Moto Z Play. After, many rumors Motorola has finally revealed Moto Z Play with Snapdragon 625 processor. Motorola Moto Z Play has Water repellent nano-coating (IP52 certified) which is quite superb. The device has only two variants Black, White.
Display and Design
Motorola Moto Z Play comes with 5.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Its display resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels with 403 ppi pixel density. It measures 156.4 x 76.4 x 7 mm (6.16 x 3.01 x 0.28 in) with weight 165g.
Hardware and Software
In this section, Motorola Moto Z Play runs Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow). It has inbuilt Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 which is having the support from the Adreno 506 GPU. Moto Z Play packs with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal memory that can be expand up to 256 GB via Micro-SD card slot.
This new smartphone, the Motorola Moto Z Play sports 16 MP, LED flash, 1080p of primary camera on the rear and 5MP front for selfies. The rear facing primary camera is capable of the 2160p@30fps, 1080p@30fps, 720p@120fps of HD video recording. It includes 1.3 µm pixel size, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR, phase detection and laser auto-focus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash.
