The Xiaomi has launched recently their new device the Xiaomi Redmi 4X. It will be available in Cherry Pink, Champagne Gold and Mate Black colour variant. The phone is available in two variants which have priced at:

  • 2GB of RAM with 16 GB storage priced at CNY 699 (approximately Rs. 7,000),
  • 3GB of RAM with 32 GB storage priced at CNY 899 (approximately Rs. 8,500).

Display and Design

The Xiaomi Redmi 4X comes with 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has the display resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with a pixel density of 294 ppi. It measures 139.2 x 70 x 8.7 mm (5.48 x 2.76 x 0.34 in) dimensions and a weight of 150 g (5.29 oz).

Hardware and Software

The Xiaomi Redmi 4X runs on the Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow) based on MIUI 8. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 chipset and Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 processor. The phone has 2 GB/3 GB of RAM. It packs 16 GB/ 32 GB of an internal storage that can be expandable up to 256 GB via MicroSD card.

Camera

As in camera section, it packs a 13 MP of primary camera and 5 MP of front camera for selfies. The primary camera is capable of 1080p@30fps video recording. It includes Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama, phase detection autofocus, LED flash.

The device is consists of Li-Po 4100 mAh capacity with the Non-removable battery. It has a feature of:
