Realme Q has recently started receiving A.11 system-wide update in China. A.11 is a major update and includes several changes and the update log includes:
Security Update
With this latest update, Realme Q gets the latest December security patch that fixes security vulnerabilities as well as other bugs.
Notification Center and Status Bar
This update also brings a dark mode shortcut switch using which you can switch to the dark mode in the blink of an eye.
Camera
Realme has also included a camera update that improves the front super night scene algorithm library to fix the probabilistic black block problem.
Power Consumption
Realme has worked on optimizing the power consumption in some game scenarios, such as King of Glory and Peace Elite.
Desktop and settings
You can now click the blank area on the recent task interface to return to the desktop. Also, this update adds a flash function for incoming calls.
Repair and Fix
This update fixes a problem where the QCY T5 headset cannot reconnect.

This is pretty much what the A.11 update brings to the Realme Q via OTA update. If you did not receive the update yet, you should be receiving it shortly since the update is scheduled to be rolled out in phases. If you do not see an update notification, you can manually check for the update in your Settings menu.
