Realme has been improving quite a bit when it comes to extending software support to its older devices. Now, its Flagship Realme X50 Pro has started getting the latest security patch. Other features like new wallpapers, improved camera, and system stability have tagged along with the update.
The latest firmware version RMX2076PU_11_A.21 will update the device to the latest security patch (May 2020). Additionally, Realme has added a few improvements to the UI. Users will have to wait for a few days to get the update as Realme has said that its a phased rollout and will reach all the users gradually in the coming days.
Realme launched the Realme X50 Pro a few months back and the company has been releasing a lot of software updates to perfect the device. The latest update follows the trend in perfecting the user experience as Realme claims an optimized camera quality, along with improved burst shot, 4K video previewing, and stability in video recording.
The new update also includes new built-in wallpapers and an improved interface display. Realme seems to have addressed the long data reconnection and network switching issue as well. Additionally, users can now be relaxed of the annoying vibrations at a maximum intensity as Realme has now added a toggle to vary the intensity.
Apart from this, it has added the newly launched Realme Link and the user requested Doc Vault applications to the latest firmware. As always, Realme adds a disclaimer here that the latest update will be a staggered rollout meaning random users will receive the update in initial stages. This is generally done to observe bugs in the UI.
Realme has also said that the latest firmware will definitely reach all the users once it verifies the firmware to be bug-free. Users who are impatient and eager to try out the new update can head over to the company’s website to manually update the device.
