Samsung Announced the First 8GB LPDDR4 DRAM for Mobiles and Tablets

Samsung electronics announced the first 8GB LPDDR4 DRAM for Mobiles ,Tablets and ultra-thin notebooks. The 8GB DRAM package is constructed using four of the newest 16 -gigabit (Gb) LPDDR4 chips and the firm’s advanced 10nm-class process technology and it will be more power efficient.

samsung 8gb ramSamsung’s New 8GB LPDDR4 RAM Chip works at 4,266 megabits per second (Mbps) which is twice as fast as DDR4 DRAM for PCs which works at 2,133 Mbps per pin. Samsung’s new 8GB LPDDR4 package will help other next-generation mobile devices take full advantage of its extremely high capacity. Like 4K UHD and VR features.
