Full screen displays are dominating the smartphone market in 2017. It all started with LG G6 in the beginning of this year. But, it was surpassed by the ‘Infinity Display’ on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. And now, Samsung might bring it to their mid – range A series.
Recently leaked case renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A5 2018 testifies that it will sport an ‘Infinity Display’ similar to its bigger brothers. But, it won’t have the edges like them. The Galaxy A5 2018 will also come with the infamous Bixby button. But, the good news is that it will have the fingerprint sensor below the camera, no more awkward placement of the fingerprint sensors like on its bigger brothers S8, S8 plus and Note 8.
The leaked images also show that the model number will be SM – A530F . Some rumours say that the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 in China and Exynos 7885 in other markets. Both the variants will be coupled with 4GB of RAM. And rumours also suggest that the phone will come at a higher price to its predecessors.
