Samsung is rolling out new minor update to its Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices in India. The update weighs 12 MB in size and includes minor bug fixes and tweaks. Samsung didn’t revealed any changelog for the given update.
It includes December Security patch and above mentioned things. So, it looks like this update could be for fixing a few bugs that might have gotten through in the last update.
To Download update manually goto the Settings » About device menu to grab the latest software for your Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge.
This one is not the Nougat Update. Additionally, Nougat 4th beta was rolled couple of days ago. We can soon expect the Android 7.0 Nougat Update in some regions. It has also been surfaced that some regions, it will first get Android 7.0 Update and left ones will get Android 7.1 straightaway.
