Samsung had a wonderful year this time around with their Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8. The Korean giant introduced few new things with their flagships this year. Most notably, the Infinity display and DeX to convert your smartphone into PC. But, for the Galaxy S9 the company is bringing a new kind of cases according to the leak.
The official cases from Samsung for the Galaxy S9 and S9+ will include Clear View cover, LED Flip Wallet, Silicon cover, Protective Standing cover, Alcantara case and a new HyperKnit cover. The above all cases are already available for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ except for that Hyperknit one. Samsung registers the brand naming ‘Hyperknit‘ earlier this year. Which is probably a set of leather cases for the flagship smartphones from Samsung.

- Alcantara Cover EF-XG960A / EF-XG965A – black, blue, mint, red
- Silicon Cover EF-PG960T / EF-PG965T – blue, gray, pink
- Protective Standing Cover EF-RG960C / EF-RG965C – black, silver
- Hyperknit Cover EF-GG960F / EF-GG965F – red, gray
Samsung will be unveiling their 2018 flagships, the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus at CES 2018 or MWC 2018. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 based on the markets it will be sold. Rumours say that it will come with dual cameras like the Galaxy Note 8 and a better fingerprint sensor placement.
