Samsung is gaining a lot despite iPhone and patent lawsuit. Samsung’s Galaxy Series is giving them most of the profits.Samsung expected $7.3 billion record earnings for Q3 is the 4th straight. In Q2 samsung earned profit of $5.15 billion and similar trend is following from previous year.
Samsung Galaxy smartphone line accounted more than 2/3rds of the company’s record quarterly profits. Smartphone shipments are estimated around 58 million, which includes 18-20 million Galaxy S III devices.
