The Samsung patent for a smartwatch device has been discovered lately in South Korea. The Images used for filing patent has revealed that hopefully the smartwatch device is using a flexible display.
The model number of the product has been confirmed to be the same as in the rumors and as in the patent filed. Sam Mobile has confirmed this that the device found in the patent is the same GEAR smartwatch which is rumored for launch in September along with Note III as SM-V700.
The GEAR name is yet to be confirmed for now.
As far as the rumors about the gear are concerned, its been said that the device has been shipped into India for Some sort of testing while also Samsung Germany has got its hands on the Device while for a later 2013 launch at the IFA unveiling event.
