Sony Xperia Z 4.6 Million Units Sold: Analysts

According to Analysts estimates  Sony has sold 4.6 Million units of Xperia Z phone in just one and a half month. HKsilicon also reports that it will soon hit 10 million mark in coming months. This time Sony has managed its availability pretty well by making it available for the most of the countries in time.

Currently above numbers indicated are not official so we’ve to wait for it. Sony announced the Xperia Z at CES 2013 and made it available in the month of february after which Sony gained above mentioned sales. Other things that went well for Xperia Z sales are the delays in HTC One  launch which got pushed back, Galaxy S4 coming in couple of weeks and Optimus G Pro ‘s late arrival.

Additionally, Sony Xperia Z is waterproof and dustproof device with a 13-megapixel shooter on the back, 5 inch full HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and microSD support up to 64GB. Its running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
