Telus is now rolling out Android 4.1.1 jelly Bean OTA (over-the-air) update to its HTC One device. Earlier this month Canadian Carrier,Rogers rolled out Jelly Bean for the One X. Today telus also confirmed update of the One X on its network via official Twitter Profile. Here’s What they tweeted:
#JellyBean is now rolling out for the @TELUS One X! It will be pushed automatically to your device or you can update manually.

Update brings Telus HTC One X’s firmware to version 3.17.661.2 and it was released Over-the-Air. It weighs around 629 MB so we advice you to install it using WiFi connection. If you haven’t received than you can manually check the update by heading to Menu > Settings > About phone> System software updates > Check now.
After update you will get all luxuries of Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, including Project Butter, Google Now, better battery life, bug fixes and much more.
Additionally, HTC One X is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3, Quad core, 1500 MHz, ARM Cortex-A9 Processor. It was also first device running on quad core processor launched first. It also has a 8 megapixel shooter which can record 1080p videos also. Its fueled by 1 GB of RAM and available in 32 GB internal storage variant.
