[Video] Behold the Galaxy Z Flip in action

It’s only a matter of days for the Unpacked 2020 event to kickstart with its glory and we’ve got clear footage of the Galaxy Z Flip in action. Yet again proving that it’s nearly impossible to plug the leaks. Nonetheless, enjoy the video showcasing Samsung’s clamshell device stretching its hinges all the way from boot screen to a few minutes of walk through the software.

Mostly, leaks are taken on potatoes, but this time the video is of high-res revealing not only how it looks in the flesh but also its key specs thanks to the CPU-Z which the leaker showcases. It’s also interesting to see how the display can stay open at an angle which obviously sets the Galaxy Z Flip different from its competitor, the Motorola Razr.

Undoubtedly, the Galaxy  Z Flip in its open state looks more of the modern smartphones with uniform slim bezels and punch-hole on the top. As a result, we can expect the display is to be made of thin glass otherwise it would be immensely difficult for Samsung to drill the hole on display.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ is the Brain!

As the CPU-Z shows, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 clocked at 2.95 GHz which on the other hand technically is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+. The main display is of 6.67in with an unusual aspect ratio giving it an elongated, tall design. There is no noticeable crease in the video but we recommend you not to keep the hopes high as at certain viewing angle slight crease is to be expected.

Needless to say, Galaxy Z Flip runs Android 10 skinned by Samsung’s OneUI 2. Samsung ought to have improved OneUI  2 for the Galaxy S20 and the Z Flip and we could see the new iteration as OneUI 2.1 or 2.5. That being said, are you excited about the new foldable from Samsung. Do let us know your feelings down in the comments.
