Vivo a Chinese Android phone manufacturer announced its two new phones i.e. Vivo X9s and X9s Plus. Both the phones are packs with almost same specs with some changes here and there and of course Vivo X9s Plus has the bigger display.
Vivo X9s features a 5.5-inch full-HD AMOLED display (1080×1920 pixels). It powers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset which is paired with 4 GB of RAM. It includes 64 GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via MicroSD card. Vivo X9s has 16 MP sensor with LED flash and PDAF primary camera and dual selfie camera setup with a primary 20 MP sensor and secondary 5 MP. The phone backs up by the 3320mAh battery. It runs on FunTouch OS 3.1 which is based on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box.
Vivo X9s Plus features a 5.85-inch full-HD AMOLED display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. It powers with Snapdragon 653 octa-core and Adreno 510 GPU which pairs with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage and camera capabilities are same in both the phones. Vivo X9s Plus is backed up by the 4015mAh and it also runs on FunTouch OS 3.1 which is based on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box.
Coming to Connectivity options both the phones includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A fingerprint sensor is built into the Home button. The vivo X9s measures 152.6×74.2×6.99mm and weighs 155.3 g.
The X9s is priced at CNY 2,698 ($396 or €347 or ₹25557 at the current exchange rates), while the X9s Plus goes for CNY 2,998 ($440, €385, ₹28356). As usual with vivo devices, there’s no telling when or if these will be made available outside China.
