In  oreder to create fuzz Video LAN via its official profile to announced that VLC Media Player is on its way to Android and soon will be launched on Android. Currently there are unofficial alpha builds of the VLC media Player in the Google Play Store. On VLC site its still running that :

Many Android users around the globe are waiting for this App and VLC is going to fulfill their wait for App by launching the App soon.
