WhatsApp, the widely used cross platform instant messaging app launched a Business version of their app late last year to help people with their business communication. However, as the app is somewhat still in testing stage, it lacks many features which are present in the normal app. Now, WhatsApp Business update is rolling out which brings quick replies as well as labels.
WhatsApp Business will now allow users to create keyboard shortcuts for frequently sent messages. Also, it will suggest to greet the customers if they message for the first time. We all know that this feature is available on Google’s applications like Allo and Gmail, but its nice to see here on WhatsApp Business. This feature may save some time for the users especially when they have to send the same message to number of customers.
