The Chinese firm, Xiaomi had established a strong base in most emerging market such as India. No one can deny the above fact, that its flagship Mi series and the dirt cheap(comparing the specs it packs) Redmi series smartphones are very well received by masses in a short span of time. Well coming to the breaking stuff, Xiaomi is going to introduce a new series of smartphones pretty soon in some upcoming weeks. The firm has officially teased the upcoming new series of device via Twitter.

The above video teaser titled ‘Introducing New Series By Xiaomi‘ doesn’t provide any detail about the first device under this mysterious series. However, the hashtag #FlagshipDualCamera of the teaser necessarily provided one of the key feature of the upcoming device. Yes, the device ought to feature a dual-camera setup, which had now become a usual add-on in the smartphone industry.
Not over, the interesting fact about the series is still coming. Most probably, the brand new series by Xiaomi could be an Android One project product. Recent reports by a reputed Indonesian website Krispitech claimed Xiaomi and Google partnered to develop an Android One smartphone i.e Xiaomi A1.
Now it seems little bit clearer if the above reports are to be blindly believed, the new series would be an A1(Android One?)-series debuting with the Xiaomi A1Â smartphone.
In addition, the Xiaomi A1 is rumored to look-alike Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphones in next couple of months. Also, the design is purported to have some similarities with the recently launched Mi 5X. In actual, the Mi 5X lost its sheen due to Xiaomi’s plan of introducing the new series.
Last but not the least, Xiaomi will be officially unwrapping the smartphone under the new series at an event in New Delhi on September 5.
