Just a couple of days ago, Xiaomi started rolling out MIUI 12 stable update to the first batch of their eligible devices. It included Redmi K20/Mi 9T, Mi 9 Pro 5G, and Mi 9 among others. Moving ahead with their plans to roll out MIUI 12, the company has started pushing this stable update to the second batch with Redmi K30 Pro Zoom and Mi 10 Lite Zoom.
A while ago, Xiaomi shared road-map to MIUI 12 and included most of the eligible devices in the second batch. Since the rollout to the second batch of devices has just started, there should be more devices getting this update in the next few days or weeks.
Redmi K30 Pro Zoom started receiving the update in China and is soon expected to be rolled out for a global audience. This update revamps the overall UI with new 3D wallpapers, AOD animations, system enhancements, and more.
Talking of Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, the company’s camera-centric device is also getting the MIUI 12 stable update which is again being initially rolled out in China. Just like other devices, Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom will get the global update pretty soon. Once you get this update, you should be able to enjoy the same new features that MIUI 12 brings to the table. The device is also expected to get additional camera features and improved camera performance as part of the update.
In the coming days, Xiaomi will be rolling out MIUI 12 update to a list of eligible devices. We’ll be on a lookout to provide further information on the next devices getting this update.
