Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was launched in march this year and now it is the best seller for the Company in India. But there’s one problem with Xiaomi is Software updates. But now Xiaomi is currently rolling out MIUI 8.1.1.0 which i based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Snapdragon 650 powered Redmi Note 3 comes with MIUI 7 based on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) out of the box in march. MIUI 8.1.1.0.MHOMIDI OTA update as nightly build, which Xiaomi calls Beta Stable release before the final update. It weighs around 1.3GB in size and is available for select users randomly. The stable version of the Android marshmallow will also be rolled out very soon after the testing is complete.
