Xiaomi has introduced its fresh Mi8-series devices a short time ago in the market. At the event Xiaomi has displayed their regular Mi8 handset, the Explorer Edition Mi8 and the budget focused Mi8 SE. A few days back some news was there that Xiaomi is getting ready to launch these devices in other regions as well. Today we are back with some great news about the upcoming Xiaomi handset to be known as the Xiaomi Mi8X. So without wasting any moment let’s know more about it.
First, the image has appeared on a well-known Chinese platform called Weibo. Xiaomi’s co-founder Lei Jun was recently spotted with a handset that resembles us of the Mi8. But it doesn’t possess a Fingerprint Scanner in the rear. This time some more images of the forthcoming Mi8X has leaked and now everything looks pretty clear. As per rumors, it will come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM.
The device surprisingly has no Fingerprint Scanner in the rear and it is expected to sport an In-Screen module for Fingerprint recognition. The device from the rear looks premium and as beautiful as the regular Mi8 will look. At present we are not sure that when will it be going official or what exact specifications it will have. The rear panel is similar to most of the smartphones out there and is constructed of Glass. The height and the width also look similar to Mi8 through we are not yet sure whether it will have a display notch in the front or not. For more Tech updates stay tuned to GoAndroid.
