The Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the LG G4 is currently starting to roll out via OTA route for Telus G4 owners, while Rogers G4 owners can expect the OTA update starting tomorrow. However, if you do not wish to wait for the update, you can update your G4 to Android 6.0 by using the LG Bridge software on your PC. It appears the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update is currently live on LG Bridge even for the Rogers variant.

Update also brings a handful of new features and improvements including Google Now on Tap, as well as battery improvements thanks to Doze which puts the phone in sleep state when its at rest. Other notable features include a better privacy management by giving users the ability to manage the permissions granted to an app, and lots more.

If anybody got the Marshmallow update on your LG G4 tell us about your experiences via comments.
