Nexus 9 Gets Teardown Treatment; Internals Shown Off

Nexus 9, A Google powered and HTC Manufactured Nexus tablet that was announced last month and is now available from the Google Play Store in the US. Nexus 9 is also the first device to feature the latest and greatest version of Google’s dominant Android operating system, Android 5.0 Lollipop.

As torndown by guys over iFixit, Nexus 9 is termed as not exactly user friendly device. On further opening, the Nexus 9, it consists the 64-bit Tegra K1 processor, followed up by Epida/Micron Technology storage, Samsung Flash memory, Broadcom WiFi module, and a Texas Instruments chip labeled TI47CFP91 T65913B3D9.

Nexus 9 features an 8.9-inch quad HD LCD display, a slim case that’s just 7.95mm thick, a 64-bit dual-core Tegra K1 processor with 192 GPU cores, 2GB of RAM, up to 32GB of storage, an 8-megapixel camera and a 6,700 mAh battery.
