Amazon recently announced the Kindle Fire HD 6 and the Kindle Fire HD 7. And just after the announcement that took place, both of these tablets are now available for pre –order with prices starting at $99.
Though the tablets will be generally made available by October 2. Kindle Fire HD 6 and HD 7 have a Quad Core CPU with two cores clocked at 1.2 GHz and the other two at 1.5 GHz. You get two memory options at 8 GB and 16 GB. The kindle Fire HD 6 has a display of about 6 inches with a resolution of about 1280X800 pixels, and about 252 ppi.
Whereas on the other hand, the HD 7 has a display of about 7 inches as obvious from the name. The resolution is the same, at 1280X800 pixels, with a 216 ppi. Both of them have a primary shooter of about 2 MP, and a VGA front facing camera.
They run on the Kindle Fire OS, with Android. The Kindle HD 6 is priced at $134 for a 16 GB variant while the HD 7 is priced at $139 for the 8 GB variant, while it would cost you about $174 for the 16 GB variant.
