Android One Xiaomi Mi A1 now official in India

Finally, Xiaomi has officially launched the much rumored Android One based Xiaomi A1 in India. For a quite while, the device has been a main ingredient in the rumor-mill. Surprisingly, all those rumors proved to be ditto true. As expected, Xiaomi A1 is special as it is the first Xiaomi device to run stock Android OS. The Android One smartphone is due to go on sale from September 12 in India. The device is rated at a price of Rs.14,999. As in most of the case, it will be available across mi. com and the e-commerce retailer Flipkart online. The device will also be made available offline in various Xiaomi Mi Home outlets.

Mi A1 is available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold colour. The first sale of the device on mi. com hits at 12pm on September 12.
