As according to the latest reports coming from Taiwan via Focus Taiwan, HTC is going to build the next Nexus Tablet. Currently this news is not confirmed but the sources are full of confidence regarding this.
As said above HTC rumoured to have won orders for a high-end model of the Google Nexus tablet line that will begin shipping in the third quarter of 2014. There’s nothing more specified about the Nexus tablet that HTC won bid of Nexus 7 or Nexus 10. But according to a mention “high end” part, it seems that they are talking about the Nexus 10 or an entirely new Nexus tablet.
Google has partnered with Taiwan’s Asustek Computer Inc. since June 2012 to launch the first and second generations of the 7-inch Nexus tablet. It is being sold on the back of its affordable starting price of US$199 and its premium hardware specifications.
So we can hope if it is true than it could be a great comeback for HTC in the Tablets market.
