Kirin 1020 purported Specs

Huawei has first announced the processor with a separate NPU. When it comes to raw performance the Kirin 970 falls short compared to the Snapdragon 845 from Qualcomm. Now there are some reports that Huawei is working on some mighty processors that will beat Qualcomm and other manufacturers in the race.

According to some sources a new chipset termed as “Kirin 1020” is in development. According to talks Huawei is planning to unveil its mighty Kirin 1020 chip in the market. This Chip is said to deliver double the performance of Kirin 970 and will be based on the 7nm manufacturing process.
