LG Flex 2 was displayed on MWC 2015 held in Barcelona. At a recently held LG Show Time on March 18 in India, LG launched LG Flex 2 in India too with a price tag of Rs. 55,000. Along with the launch of LG Fex 2, on this show , LG also announced its visual masterpiece 105 inch 5K TV and from wearable front LG announced LG watch Urbane.
LG officials at the Show Time held in Delhi said that “India is a strategic market for LG. So we have been thinking in terms of a product mix based on global products as well as locally designed products. This is important to stay ahead,”.
LG Flex 2, a curve shaped smartphone spots a 5.5 inch display with Full HD resolution. This smartphone is powered with 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. With 13 Mega Pixels of rear camera, smartphone runs on Android Lollipop. Priced at Rs.55,000, this device is expected to hit Indian markets by end of this month.
Company has also decided to launch its first 5k Television in India. 105 5K TV is priced at Rs. 59,99,990. The 105-inch 5K TV runs on webOS interface. Korean tech firm’s first 5K (5120×2160 pixels) comes with aspect ratio of 21:9. Along with this it also features 7.2 channel audio with 150 Watt speakers from Harmon/Kardon.
Moving on to wearables , LG announced launch of its Urbane watch. With display glass same as that of Flex 2, this watch is powered with 1.2 Ghz processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB internal memory. This watch also supports one SIM card slot. This smartwatch is priced at around Rs. 30,000 and will be available by this April in market.
