A 4G LTE version of Nokia XL has been unveiled by Microsoft and the Chinese are once again the first ones to get a taste of it. The smartphone has been launched and supports China’s D-LTE and TD-SCDMA 4G and thats the only new thing this smartphone carries as compared to the 3G Nokia XL. Nokia has decide to give this one a small upgradation in its specs too.
The upgradations include the RAM being increased from 768 MB to 1 GB and the smartphone being made lighter from 190 grams to 158 grams. Under the hood is a uad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and a qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset. The display screen is a 5-incher with a 800 X 480 pixels resolution which remains the same as on its predecessor. Another thing which remains the same is the 5 MP rear snapper with the LED flash and the 2,000 mAh powerhouse.
This LTE capable smartphone from Nokia is the last Android based smartphone you’ll ever see from Nokia as the Microsoft owned company recently announced they are scrapping the Nokia X series.
