OnePlus 5T, the successor to the Oneplus 5 was launched few days ago. It is already on sale in many regions including US, Europe and India. But, the company just unveiled the product couple of days ago in their home country China.
Also, they announced a Lava Red color option exclusively for the Chinese customers. That being said, the regular OnePlus 5T went on sale in China for the first time today. JD.com, the official online retailer of OnePlus announced that they received over 450,000 reservations for the OnePlus 5T.
That’s a huge achievement for the company as the reservation window just opened 48 hours ago. However, only the regular Midnight Black color went on sale today. The special Lava Red will have its first sale on December 17.
As for the specifications is concerned, all the variants of the OnePlus 5T is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. They come with 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM as well as 8GB RAM / 128 GB ROM. All of them, sport the same 6.01 inch FHD+ Optic AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.
As the front is fully occupied the display, the fingerprint sensor is moved to the back. The back also has a combo of 12MP and 20MP cameras both with an aperture of f/1.7. The front camera is a 20MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. The phone runs on Android Nougat and is backed by a 3,300 mAh with Dash Charge technology for fast charging.
