Realme is rolling out a May 2020 security patch update for Realme 3 and 3i smartphones. It’s the first update after the Realme UI 1.0 update last month on both the smartphones. There are several other enhancements and tweaks along with the usual security patch. It improves the performance and security of the smartphone.
The new update bearing firmware version RMX1825EX_11_C.10 is available and weighs over 204 MB in size. Apart from the security patch, the latest firmware improves the camera quality, brings swipe-up gestures and also fixes the screen sliding misjudgement issue. Moreover, you will get an improved gaming experience.
The PUBG gaming experience has got some tweaks, as the gyroscope delay issue and occasional audio delay is fixed. The battery efficiency will improve as the new update brings some optimizations to UI elements.
It is appealing that Realme is bringing monthly security patches to budget-centric smartphones. After Realme 2 Pro, Realme 6i, Realme C3, the Realme 3 and 3i is finally getting the May 2020 security patch. The update is gradually rolling out to all the units in batches. So, the new update might hit in the next few days. We suggest you wait and keep checking for the updates by heading to Settings.
