Realme is going to announce its first smartphone on January 6 in Vietnam. The Realme 5i has already been in news via different leaks and rumors. In addition, the upcoming smartphone has appeared at GeekBench detailing its hardware specifications. Realme 5i is set to unveil in Singapore and Vietnam as now, and later it might get launched in other Southeast Asian countries.

Realme 5i has a model number RMX2030 and it has scored 1543 points in a single-core test and 5602 points in the multi-core test. Like its predecessor, the news, the smartphone will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 coupled with 4GB RAM. It runs on Android 9 Pie. There are a couple of differences between Realme 5i and Realme 5. The upcoming Realme 5i does not feature diamond-cut design like the Realme 5 and it features an 8-megapixel camera instead of a 13-megapixel camera on Realme 5.
The Realme 5i packs a 6.52-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The device hosts a 5000 mAh battery with 10W fast charging. There’s a quad-camera setup with 12-megapixel, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It will come in two different storage version of 3G RAM + 32 GB storage and 4GB RAM + 164 GB storage.
Only a few days are left for the official launch of the Realme 5i. Let’s wait and watch for the launch on January 6th.
