Samsung is Rolling out an update to Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge with various improvements and bug fixes. Moreover, it also includes the Android Security Patch for the month of September.
The new update comes with the Software build G930FXXU1BPIO/G935FXXU1BPIO for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge respectively. The update weighs around 150 MB in size and along with the above written features, It also includes the Wi-Fi calling support and device stability improvements.
A software update can include:
- Device stability improvements, bug fixes.
- New and / or enhanced features
- Further improvements to performance
- September Android security update
The update is rolling out gradually in phases in India and will reach to every users in couple of days time. Users can manually check for the update via Settings > About Phone > System Update
