The Olympics are about to start now in Rio. To celebrate it virtually Whatsapp has quietly updated the app on both iOS and Android as well as on whatsapp on the web with the Olympics emoji.

You will get the Olympics Emoji under the soccer ball sub menu of the emoji list of Whatsapp in the Android app and Whatsapp for the web. Meanwhile, on iOS you have to either copy the emoji from a friend or to type this “ooooo” sequence of symbols. That will automatically turn into the Olympic rings emoji.
