Xiaomi is gearing up for the launch of its first 5G smartphone i.e. Redmi K30 5G on Dec 10. The phone was in rumor mill from the past few days now. The launch date of Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G is confirmed by the Redmi VP and General Manager Lu Weibing on Weibo today.
Redmi K30 will be packed with Dual-mode 5G. As there were lots of leaks related to k30 5G, we almost know all the specs and features of the phone. Xiaomi Redmi K30 features a 6.66-inch hole-punch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) display. The display will also have a 120Hz refresh rate. Redmi K30 5G is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 730 Soc. Although according to some reports the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 Soc which has integrated 5G support.
The phone is packed with a Quad-camera setup at the back with a 60MP main camera sensor from Sony. The other camera sensors of rear camera setup and the front camera are still unknown.

Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G will be packed with a 4500 mAh battery with 30W fast charging. The phone will be packed with a Side-mounted fingerprint scanner, UFS 3.0 flash technology support. Redmi K30 will run on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box.
