LG has been rolling out Android 4.4.4 update to LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition. Google rolled out the Android 4.4.4 on Nexus devices last week before Google IO 2014 conference. Additionally, If you missed Google IO 2014 coverage you can check here and know what Google has cooked up for you.
Coming on to the point, LG G Pad 8.3 GPE Android 4.4.4 is rolling out staggerly, so it may take a while for the OTA update notification to get to you. Technically, update weighs 150 MB only but we tip you to switch to your WiFi connection before updating. Update includes little bug fixes along with some stability improvements. Also there’s bug fix for SSL heartbleed issue and there’s new Dialer app is waiting for you.
